Access to our Support Portal & help and advice

For our Support Members this is  your  IT technician on hand to help whenever you need it, with access to our "Knowledge Base" where you can find plenty of self help information. Read about interesting new IT developments. Hear about warnings of latest scams oh and read our blog!  Plus of course you can use our Remote Support whenever needed. 

With many years of diagnostic and servicing experience we are always on hand to help with any problems one to one via our support channels, but sometimes just pointing you in the right direction where you can read it for yourself helps enormously, the help area is a good starting point.

To use our Support Portal, click on the "Support Portal" button and just sign in using your email and password (you should have created this already using the link we sent you). Don't worry if you don't have it, just ask us and we will resend it!

Once signed in all the resouces will be abailable to you, feel free to explore!
