CALL OUT

We charge £ 50 to call out to a domestic customer; this includes labour for up to an hour (min 1 hour charge). We would usually be able to diagnose and deal with most general problems within this time. However if more time is needed this is chargeable at £40 per hour charged at 30 minute intervals.

Note we do not repair audio products in homes, all are workshop jobs.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY

We have standard charge of £ 30 to call out and collect any repair that needs to come into our workshop. The charge includes disconnecting the item and then upon our return reconnecting and basic testing.

WORKSHOP RATES Audio & PC

Workshop time is charged at £ 40 per hour (min 1 hour charge) with any subsequent time charged at 30 minutes intervals.

RELOADS (WORKSHOP ONLY)

We have a pre-set rate for a full wipe and reload of a PC or laptop of £90, this includes data saving (wherever possible*) we also install antivirus software and antispyware software along with all available security updates from Microsoft. This we feel represents good value as we take on average 4 hours to complete each reload. Every machine also spends at least 1 day on test afterwards to ensure it is 100% ready.
