The Internet is rife with destructive virus and spyware ridden material so it should come as no surprise that so many computers end up slow, crashing or failing to start up at all. Fortunately these problems can be all cured by either a good cleanup or a full reload back to a fresh and new installation.

But although that may be OK to solve the immediate problem we try to minimise the same thing happening months later by ensuring that every machine that comes through our workshop is always up to date with all security updates, antivirus and antispyware software. So once it has been to us it should be better equipped to survive life on The Internet.

But if something actually breaks or fails, like a motherboard or hard drive we are ready to deal with any hardware issue just as we are for software. With a purpose built workshop fully equipped with high speed Internet access, wireless and wired network ports we can connect any PC, laptop or Server to our network. Fast data transfer from laptop or PC is available using a purpose designed computer rig. Data recovery software is on hand for hard disk failures and cloning software to copy entire operating systems to our network storage systems are some of the many facilities all available to us.

For audio products we have an audio test bench equipped with a power amp to test peripherals, and test equipment to enable us to diagnose amplifier faults.

So from a minor repair to a full rebuild and reload, we have the facilities, the tools and most importantly the technical skills to carry out any repair required. With over 25 years experience in electronics servicing from TV/Radio/Audio and camcorders to laptops, our workshop is more than able to deal with faults that crop up.
